A Special Holiday Appeal
Please Help Us Turn the Corner on Cures in 2010.

What better gift to give this Holiday Season than helping to restore the sight of blind children and adults who previously were diagnosed as incurable. That’s our mission here at RP International, and this past year has been one of breakthroughs for us and for the vision impaired everywhere.  Now, as 2010 dawns, we’re seeking your support to finish the job.

Some of you witnessed one of these breakthroughs first-hand at our annual, June, Vision Awards in Beverly Hills, when we honored a man who had regained his eyesight after more than 22 years of blindness. He had been the beneficiary of the latest technique using adult cell implants, His sister, who had donated retinal cells for the surgery was honored with him. 

That successful implant therapy is just one of the new cellular treatments that RP International has been supporting through it’s special fund for adult stem cell neurological treatment for degenerative eye diseases. Not only that, RP International is working hard to spread the word to vision-impaired people as these new treatments become available so that those who need them most will be aware of their options.

We could not have done this without your generous donations will help develop important new therapies for millions of blind people everywhere. Now we ask your help once more in this Holiday Season to get an even bigger year off to a good start.
